Every other week or so I have a "balance" week (this type of week supposedly makes up for all the potatoes, chocolate and bread I've eaten the week before). After the plane the departed to Amsterdam almost 3 weeks ago there has not been such a "balance" week. And so, after all the cakes at Gartine, the pizza's at Bar Spek, the pintxos at La Oliva, the home-made Arabic food by my friend and the wine and cheese event, I think it is officially time for a "balance" week.
The salad for lunch today at Kome was a good start and tonight I will continue with the cross-fit training. The important thing (I find) is to have a relaxing bath (read: mini spa treatment) at the end of the day as a little treat. Let's see if I can get through the week without a crab after breakfast.
