Yesterday Luc Overtoom entered the harbor of Curacao with his crew on his ship "Cardo". They are sailing around the world, raising funds for research into Personalized treatment in VUmc Cancer Center Amsterdam (VUmc CCA).

It was a lovely early morning cruise and so great to see part of this journey realized. We wish them a great deal of success.

By sailing 30.000 miles he strives to collect the 1,5 million Euros needed to advance this ground-breaking research, so in 2020 personalized treatment will be the standard for
each cancer patient in VUmc CCA.
