just breath

Yoga and I work well together. But I have my moments. At times I am completely emerged in it; with 15 min sessions when I wake up, and 3 or 4 poses before going to bed. Other times I go months without even a stretch, - and my body feels it. So when those irritations become too much, my body feels stiff and my mind is cluttered, I contact Kirti. She is my yoga teacher. And she is wonderful. So this evening I start again.
