"We danced our youth in a dreamed of city. Venice. Paradise. Proud and pretty. We lived for love and lust and beauty. Pleasure then, our only duty". This is part of the opening poem in the movie Dangerous Beauty. A movie where Venice is the center stage.

I've always loved this movie with its poems, canals, and dresses. And so I look forward to visiting Venice once again this Spring. The romance of its bridges, the buzzing canals and the hidden gardens. The elegant Riva's, the antique shops and of course, Harry's Bar.
