curacao: banda ariba

Yesterday Eef Ouwehand and Elodie Slagter recieved the first copies of the book Curacao Banda Ariba in Amsterdam. So exciting. I can't wait for the book to reach the shores of Curacao.

Visit the Divas Publishing Facebook page for more images of the book and to stay up to date on all the amazing projects Kristel Slagter and Eef Ouwehand develop.

There will be a book give-a-way on the Facebook page as well- so head over there, like it and then book your flight to our beautiful island.

We will let you know soon where the book will be sold.

Have a colourful day. xx Pris

In the first half of the 20th century an American couple, Martin and Osa Johnson, captured the public's imagination through their films and books of adventure in exotic, faraway lands.

They were photographers, explorers, marketers, naturalists and authors, and studied the wildlife and peoples of East and Central Africa, the South Pacific Islands and British North Borneo. Read more about them on Wikipedia.

Osa Johnson’s autobiography I Married Adventure (IMA) was the best-selling non-fiction book of 1940.Check out The Book Clutch by Kate Spade. It can't get any better than this; walking around with a book as your bag. Love it.
