Summer is a time for festivals, picnics in the park and of course the various trips around the world. In the Caribbean, where we enjoy beautiful weather year round, it is a time when the outside heat is ramped up and we seek refuge on the beach and in the airco (its a difficult life - but someone has to do it). Light clothing is preferred; white blouses, knee length skirts, sheer scarfs and without a doubt a bikini.
Today I found this wonderful post on Dustjacket Attic which featured the look book by J Crew for this summer. Shot on location in India - I love the backdrop and the white clothing. A true summer feel.
Have you booked your summer journey already? I am looking forward to an early one in June; filled with late-night dinners with friends and roaming chic European cities in search of art galleries- I am ready (well I will start packing soon - and then I will be ready).
