It is the Monday after Fuikdag, which means that the holiday season has officially ended. This week the Christmas tree and all the decorations will be cleaned up and packed for next year and of course we are off the holiday food menus and back to "normal". Happy new year :)

Good morning and welcome to another wonderful week. Monday morning's have a tendency to be a bit difficult for most people. I am not sure if it is a physiological thing or just human nature. But I have to admit that once I get myself going - after espresso and a lovely breakfast - the day usually turns out quite great. So today I thought I'd share a few details of my early morning. What does your routine include?

coffee, breakfast, oj - in a beautiful Venetian glass and some Vogue for inspiration.

In June, during our Scandinavian tour, our last stop was Stockholm. A beautiful city and we were lucky enough to be there while the summer weather was in full bloom. Absolutely a delight, with blue skies, food festivals and summer smiles. It was at one of these large food festivals in a park where we encountered STHLM Frankies Coffee.

We bought some delicious cup cakes and a bag of Stockholm Roast. This morning we grinded the beans and had this smooth coffee for the first time. It's amazing how this can transport you completely to your travels again.
